📋 Description

• Drive the long-term growth of Freestyle Libre products • Develop a robust talent pipeline • Increase sales and profits of the region • Build strategic relationships with healthcare stakeholders • Lead complex negotiations and influence stakeholders • Manage regional P&L

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year university degree • MBA preferred but not required • Min. 10-15 years of progressive sales management or related industry experience • Experience managing a sales team • Exceptional communication skills • Leadership ability to adapt and solve problems creatively
