• Provide first (and second) line management to the team allocated • be fully responsible for all HR related activities including coaching and development for all direct and indirect reports • Be accountable for the results of sales revenues of the EP portfolio • Liaise effectively with team and wider support staff to ensure implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation • Be able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott's EP products and develop an deep understanding of the market, including competitor offerings.
• A Degree in life science or equivalent • Significant medical sales experience in medical devices • ideally in a similar sales management role, with cardiology preferred • Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills • Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, with good negotiation skills • Ethical character.
