📋 Description

• Undertaking market, customer & channel research to scope out usage and application of propositions to deliver insight which helps inform & shape NPDs. • Engaging & presenting to Regional Teams to win new business or drive incremental volume through our existing customer base. • Attending exhibitions & trade shows to showcase our portfolio, generate leads & interact with both existing & new businesses to unlock opportunities. • Developing and building strong relationships at all levels and functions with customers. • Supporting the general development of the business through involvement in projects and internal initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstratable experience in Sales or a Business Development Manager role in FMCG, Retail or Foodservice. • Experience in managing and growing existing business with the ability to identify opportunities and win new business. • Good relationship building and communication skills; internally, cross-functionally, and externally with customers. • Strong presentation skills. • A can-do attitude and a real passion for working with customers.
