• Manage the execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy and product life cycles • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Business Excellence and Supply teams • Coordinate with support functions such as Credit, Customer Service and Logistics to monitor invoicing and deliveries • Coordinate the influenza campaign, tracking targets and commercial opportunities • Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers and support the sales team in execution • Directly monitor commercial results • Develop the commercial strategy for the Non-Retail channel • Manage a team of Account Executives across different regions of Brazil • Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions • Support the definition of commercial strategies based on data and market analysis • Develop, engage and monitor team performance • Contribute to identifying and developing internal talent • Manage relationships with stakeholders in the sector • Represent the company at market events and initiatives • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies • Manage the commercial channel operation budget • Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) related practices • Ensure adherence to corporate processes and guidelines
• Education: University degree • Preferred specializations: MBA or postgraduate qualification • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing specialty/hospital/oncology sales teams • Oncology/Specialties/Hospital ecosystem: Understanding of inclusion processes for protocols and drug acquisition procedures • Market Access: Knowledge of Brazil pricing rules (CMED), technology incorporation into the SUS and supplemental health system (ANS) • Public and Private Healthcare Management: Familiarity with care networks (distributors and healthcare institutions), hospital billing, the CACONs/UNACONs system and health plan operators’ operations • Commercial leadership skills • Key Account Management (KAM): Ability to engage with large buyers, hospitals, distributors, infusion clinics and medical directors • Data intelligence and CRM: Use of clinical and sales metrics (SFE - Sales Force Effectiveness) for decision making • High-performance leadership: recruitment, training and motivation of specialist Sales Executive teams
