📋 Description

• Contribute to the implementation of the company strategy for electrophysiology services • Manage and develop the assigned Field Clinical/Technical Engineers • Support sales team members responsible for the region with market analysis and revenue planning • Document and monitor procedure volumes • Participate in workshops, conferences, and exhibitions • Ensure the smooth coordination of field assignments within the region • Serve as the central point of contact for Field Technical Engineers within the region • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Field Technical Engineers • Manage vacation and other absences • Coordinate and monitor employee training • Serve as the central point of contact for the Training Department • Support career planning and identify high-potential employees • Provide support during clinical procedures at customer sites when required

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in a natural science or technical discipline, or comparable clinical training • Professional qualification as a medical device consultant under the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) is an advantage • Solid experience in electrophysiology procedures • Initial experience managing and coaching employees is an advantage • Excellent organizational and self-management skills • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills • High degree of self-motivation • Willingness to travel extensively • Excellent English skills
