📋 Description

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships while acquiring new customers • Actively acquire new customers • Prepare quotations and consistently follow up on them • Process customer orders, including order confirmations and subsequent documentation • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on open customer orders • Handle customer correspondence by phone and in writing, both nationally and internationally • Provide customers with technical and commercial advice • Maintain and use the ERP system, including creating and updating master data and processing orders • Prepare and update statistical analyses • Make occasional on-site customer visits • Collaborate with internal departments • Support purchasing activities and communicate with domestic and international suppliers • Prepare and follow up on inquiries and purchase orders, including import processes • Create and maintain items in the ERP system • Support shipping and invoicing activities • Correspond with domestic and international transport service providers • Prepare delivery notes and invoices, including export processes • Create and follow up on freight forwarding and parcel shipment orders • Support internal projects and perform other duties as required by the business

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training • Sales-oriented, independent, and self-reliant approach to work • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities • Very good knowledge of MS Office • Very good written and spoken German and English
