📋 Description

• Manage third-party operations, ensuring compliance with regulations • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations • Ensure TPM projects comply with regulations and timelines • Align warehousing and EDA requirements • Secure regular market supply by delivering finished products on time • Forecast required raw/packaging materials and coordinate availability • Monitor raw/packing materials to TPMs for adherence to standards • Control TPM inventory and movement of finished products • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product launches and supply • Communicate supply constraints to stakeholders and align on actions • Review performance of TPMs through established Supply KPIs • Align distributor activities and manage documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in pharmacy or technical related field • MSc or MBA degree is a plus • Minimum +10 years of relevant experience • General understanding of pharmaceutical industry principles and practices • Analytical mindset, good time management, and planning skills • Project management skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with strong management skills • Proficiency in English communication
