📋 Description

• You are responsible for implementing global studies in Germany. • You work closely with your local CRA colleagues across different study teams and contribute to on-time project delivery through proactive planning. • You manage a selection of study sites and oversee collaboration with partners and authorities as well as overall site management together with your local CRA colleagues. • You ensure that all internal and external requirements are met in your projects and that the sites are always inspection-ready.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a health-related field (e.g., medicine, life sciences, pharmacy) • At least 2 years of on-site and remote monitoring experience in clinical trials (Phases 1–4) and solid knowledge of relevant regulations and standards • Strong planning skills, excellent organizational abilities and analytical thinking; independent and structured working style • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, self-awareness, flexibility and persuasiveness • Business-fluent German and English
