• You are responsible for implementing global studies in Germany • You work closely with your local CRA colleagues within various study teams • You oversee a selection of investigational sites and manage collaboration with partners and regulatory authorities • You ensure that all internal and external requirements and standards are met in your projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a health-related field (e.g., Medicine, Life Sciences, Pharmacy) • At least 2 years of on-site and remote monitoring experience in clinical trials (phases 1–4) • Solid knowledge of relevant regulations and standards • Strong planning skills, excellent organizational abilities, and analytical thinking • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to reflect on your work • Business-fluent German and English
