📋 Description
• Identify educational needs and develop recommendations to enhance clinical practice in aesthetic practices • Deliver bespoke educational journeys and Facilitation Pathways for approximately 30 healthcare professionals/clinics • Establish curricula-aligned Facilitation Pathways focused on improving patient outcomes while preserving healthcare professionals’ clinical judgment and responsibility • Provide reliable and timely follow-up and record all activity in Veeva CRM for KPI monitoring • Guide healthcare professionals through AA AMI Digital World educational curricula • Support delivery of affiliate-level AMI events, conferences, meetings, workshops, and the MD Codes™ Mentee Programme • Engage with customers at industry conferences and AMI events • Act as First Assist for faculty during live technical workshops when appropriately clinically qualified • Support training and development of junior Clinical Specialist team members through coaching, mentoring, and workshops • Support the AMI Lead and Country Training Manager with International CS Learner Journeys • Support skills development for Clinical Specialist and wider AMI team members • Deliver onboarding consolidation workshop sessions when Senior Clinical Specialist expertise is required
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in a clinically based subject, specifically medicine, nursing, or dentistry; other patient-facing clinical roles may be accepted, such as physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy • Experience in a sales or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry, ideally in aesthetics • Experience in facilitation, training, or coaching • Experience with event management, workshop preparation and delivery, and other training solutions • Ability to drive a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license • Two or more of the following: fluent business English; experience tracking activity in a CRM tool; intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills; advanced PowerPoint skills • Leadership qualities consistent with AbbVie’s Ways We Work culture • Willingness to travel 75% of the time locally, nationally, and potentially internationally, including overnight travel • Availability for periodic weekend work
