📋 Description
• 根据既定工作目标及区域市场情况，制定、跟踪、修正和改进工作计划 • 分析、管理和分配区域资源，并及时总结和优化 • 构建高效团队，营造合规经营和诚信文化 • 对区域人员进行专业培训并制定个人发展计划 • 与医疗卫生专业人士建立常态化学术沟通渠道，拓展新业务 • 建立跨部门、跨区域沟通机制，保障沟通效率和质量 • 遵守公司的道德行为规范（OEC）政策并执行市场计划 • 上报与公司产品相关的药品不良事件，并在需要时配合PV收集信息 • 遵守适用法律法规、行业规范及公司政策，践行公司价值观和诚信合规原则
🎯 Requirements
• 本科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业毕业 • 五年以上医药行业工作经验，其中两年以上团队管理经验 • 具备良好的英文听说读写能力 • 良好的医学理解和市场规划及贯彻能力 • 优秀的分析、沟通及解决问题能力 • 良好的表达及跨部门合作 • 按照公司要求承担相应的出差任务
