• Liderar y gestionar el equipo nacional de ventas del distrito en oncología, impulsando un alto desempeño y compromiso • Desarrollar e implementar planes de negocio y acceso para productos de tumores sólidos, alineados con la estrategia nacional • Ejecutar con excelencia el lanzamiento de nuevos productos oncológicos, asegurando una rápida adopción y un posicionamiento competitivo • Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y tendencias del mercado para optimizar las tácticas comerciales • Construir y mantener relaciones estratégicas con líderes de opinión clave (KOLs), instituciones de salud, sociedades médicas y stakeholders internos • Coordinar actividades multifuncionales con marketing, acceso al mercado, asuntos médicos y otras áreas para alcanzar los objetivos de la franquicia • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa, los requisitos regulatorios y los códigos de conducta de la industria • Reclutar y gestionar al nuevo equipo
• Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o un campo relacionado • Se considerará un plus contar con MBA • Experiencia en Inmunología, con enfoque en Reumatología y Gastroenterología • Experiencia con el liderazgo gestionando equipos de ventas • Experiencia en ventas de campo y visita médica • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, con capacidad para inspirar y desarrollar equipos de alto rendimiento • Experiencia colaborando con equipos multifuncionales • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de planificación estratégica y de comunicación • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de todo el país • Se prefiere inglés intermedio/avanzado
