• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA preferred • 7-10 years of in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic health care environment • solid understanding of financial analysis • proven financial and budget management skills • solid interpersonal skills • excellent communication and presentation skills • proven ability to independently develop, lead, and execute innovative strategies • ability to travel approximately 75%
