📋 Description

• Conduct the initial and critical phase of site selection and planning for EV service centers. • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. • Coordinate the end-to-end due diligence process for potential new site acquisitions. • Review third-party reports and provide actionable recommendations on site viability. • Identify and communicate site-specific risks, proposing mitigation strategies. • Evaluate site access and circulation, including traffic patterns and feasibility. • Read and summarize landlord work letters and conditions. • Align with internal teams to meet operational needs. • Collaborate with entitlements team to address permitting risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in zoning, entitlements, and due diligence for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. • Proven track record managing multi-site development programs in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and external agencies. • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. • Experience with EV infrastructure, electrical systems, and service facility planning. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
