• Coordinate Allergan’s relationships with customers (physicians and pharmacies). • Increase awareness and appropriate use of designated AA products. • Work with affiliate sales management to define and implement effective approaches. • Responsible for sales performance of the designated portfolio. • Develop, manage and implement business plans and programs in the assigned region. • Develop sales strategies aligned with AA strategic plan. • Build long-term customer relationships. • Organize group events and provide training about AA products. • Plan daily activities to achieve sales targets. • Use CRM system for call planning and reporting KPIs.
• Educated to degree level. • Experience in the commercial healthcare sector and/or medical aesthetics or similar business (2 – 3 years of PS, medical representative or equivalent role). • Business acumen required. • A proven track record of achieving sales targets. • A proven track record of working within a team and across organization to coordinate resources effectively to deliver an effective service to customers. • Demonstrable success in negotiating, consulting and building relationships, leading to over achievement of performance measurements. • Other requirement (i.e. travel). • Field based role, willingness to travel on a regular basis. • Valid, preferably clean driving license. • English – intermediate or above.
