📋 Description

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives • Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations • Handle objections, concerns, and calls to action during sales calls • Serve customer needs and build trusted customer relationships • Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency for key customers • Build knowledge of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments, accounts, disease, products, clinical information, and sales expertise • Share market intelligence with in-field, brand, and sales teams • Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with assigned healthcare providers • Identify, develop, and maintain disease-state experts, speakers, and advocates • Operate within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies, laws, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies • 4+ years of experience as a Product Specialist • Experience in Oncology/Hematology therapy areas • Relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals • Fluency in English and Arabic • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Practical knowledge and understanding of healthcare providers and disease-area requirements • Good understanding of market challenges and opportunities • Strong ethics and integrity • Curiosity and ability to learn and improve
