📋 Description

• Provide scientific information, present and promote the relevant AbbVie products to specialist physicians in private practice and to specialists in hospitals • Present and market our products to target groups in line with the established brand strategy • Use a broad omnichannel approach for the appropriate marketing mix • Design, organize and conduct training and continuing education events, and maintain a presence at regional and national events • Perform continuous market analysis using available data with regard to sales development of our product and competitor products • Identify opportunities and critical developments and derive corresponding strategic activities for targeting and account plans • Design, coordinate and implement a territory plan within the in-field team • Collect market information and customer insights and determine the customer’s position in the sales cycle • Maintain regular communication with your regional manager, colleagues and other cross-functional areas

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a natural science, completed pharmaceutical sales representative training, or the required expertise according to §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz) • Previous field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement • Enthusiasm for the role and a strong interest in ongoing professional development • Ability to present complex scientific information in a way tailored to the target audience and to discuss it with different customer groups • Strong persuasive skills and a results-oriented personality with excellent communication abilities • High level of agility and motivation to pursue and achieve targets • Strong digital literacy and analytical skills combined with creativity • Pioneering spirit and a strong drive for success, including personal development within the company • Flexibility, willingness to take initiative and team spirit • Very good written and spoken English
