📋 Description

• Conduct academic promotion of company products within the target area and achieve established work objectives • Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals • Conduct continuous and standardized exchanges of medical and product information • Complete company-required reports • Collect market developments and product-related insights in accordance with company compliance guidelines • Execute the company’s marketing plans while strictly complying with the OEC policy • Report product-related adverse drug events discovered during daily work and assist Pharmacovigilance in collecting required information when needed • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while demonstrating company values, integrity, and compliance principles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty drugs, or the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in a multinational company preferred • Excellent academic and professional expertise • Strong judgment • Good communication and language expression skills • Passion for the role and sense of responsibility • Ability to work under pressure • Teamwork spirit and willingness to endure hardship
