📋 Description

• Support the structuring and development of corporate governance practices • Organize and operationalize committee and board of directors agendas • Prepare and review executive materials (presentations, minutes, agendas, and reports) • Draft and review policies and internal bylaws/charters • Ensure appropriate flow of information between governance bodies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) • Prior experience in corporate governance, corporate/companies law, or board secretariat • Knowledge of the regulatory environment of the Brazilian financial system (Central Bank of Brazil - BACEN and National Monetary Council - CMN) • Experience preparing executive-level materials for senior leadership • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Preferred: Experience in financial institutions or consulting/audit firms • Knowledge of corporate governance best practices (IBGC) • Experience interacting with the board of directors • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
