📋 Description

• Will be responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation cases; • Drafting all pleadings and legal documents for the portfolio; • Negotiating and executing settlements; • Updating the firm’s and clients’ case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and court proceedings; • Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration; • Law degree (completed); postgraduate studies in the specialty preferred; • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication skills and professional demeanor; • Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands; • Strong oral and written communication; • Dependability and consistent attendance.
