📋 Description
• Drafting and handling administrative defenses against tax assessment notices involving collection of indirect and direct taxes; • Working on matters related to tax litigation routines, with emphasis on both judicial and administrative proceedings; • Collaborating with other team members, different departments within the firm, and clients to understand and resolve issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (graduated between 2015 and 2017) and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Postgraduate degree in Tax Law preferred; • Experience in tax litigation (administrative and judicial); • Intermediate to advanced English; • Energetic/dynamic; • Organized; • Proactive; • Responsible; • Team player.
