📋 Description

• Actively recruit host families in communities where our partner F1 private high schools are located. • Share program details with potential host families through various outreach methods, including social media, local events, and community networking. • Guide interested families through the application process in ExLink, ensuring timely submission of all required documents. • Conduct phone screenings with prospective host families to assess their suitability. • Contact and verify references provided by host families to ensure compliance with program requirements. • Collaborate with the program team to provide updates on recruitment progress. • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, applications, and screening outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential host families. • Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple applicants. • Comfortable conducting phone interviews and reference checks. • Familiarity with international student exchange programs is a plus. • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate online application systems like ExLink.
