📋 Description

• Support the organization by managing the review, drafting, negotiation, administration, and execution of a wide variety of commercial agreements. • Assist with other legal and compliance related matters. • Serve as a key business partner to internal stakeholders, helping identify contractual risks and improve contract processes. • Support legal and compliance initiatives, and assist with corporate governance and records management. • Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal contract support within the company while maintaining the quality and consistency of contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, healthcare contracting, compliance, or a related function. • Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements in a healthcare, healthcare services, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle management environment. • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, contract administration, risk assessment, and document management processes. • Experience with corporate governance. • Knowledge of healthcare-related agreements, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Experience and general proficiency working with AI tools and LLMs, including, without limitation, Claude and Copilot. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
