📋 Description

• Design and implement AI tools, workflows, and integrations that empower key business functions like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Engage directly with stakeholders to assess needs and map AI capabilities to real process improvements • Build custom solutions or leverage third-party platforms, developing and deploying tools that drive efficiency and impact • Collaborate across internal teams—AI/ML, IT, and data—to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant • Support enablement efforts by creating documentation and best practices to support broader adoption • Monitor usage metrics and iterate based on insights, staying up to date with emerging AI platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in technical solution development, AI/ML applications, or IT systems enablement • Proficient in Python with experience using AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as (LangChain, Hugging Face, Transformers, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering AI projects from ideation to production • Hands-on experience configuring and deploying AI tools through APIs, SDKs, or SaaS platforms • Ability to assess business challenges and recommend effective AI-driven solutions • Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and tools like (Google AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Similar AI platforms) • Fantastic communication and documentation skills for user training and stakeholder interaction • Experience in collaborating with various teams, such as marketing and business operations. • Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance best practices in AI implementation
