📋 Description

• Work closely with project managers to identify resource needs for upcoming projects • Allocate resources in a manner that ensures all projects have the necessary resources to meet their objectives • Monitor resource usage to ensure that resources are being used efficiently and cost-effectively • Identify resource conflicts and work with project managers and department heads to resolve them • Develop and maintain resource allocation policies and procedures • Develop and maintain resource utilisation reports and metrics • Coordinate with human resources and finance departments to ensure that resource allocation aligns with Organisational goals and budgets • Evaluate and implement new tools and systems to improve resource management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a resource manager or in a similar role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Familiarity with resource management software and tools • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Understanding of project management methodologies
