📋 Description
• Resolve highly complex network faults • Act as final point of escalation for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line teams • Deliver service requests and perform network upgrades • Maintain technical documentation and diagrams for services • Provide training and support to Capita teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in network operations • In-depth understanding of customer networks • Experience with complex network issue resolution • Ability to work with 3rd party suppliers for major incidents • Knowledge of network performance improvement strategies • Technical reviewer and approver for network changes
