📋 Description
• Managing a docket of cases to resolution • Preparing clients for depositions • Attending depositions • Invoicing • Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negotiations • Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed • Participation in team events during work and after work hours • Providing feedback to management
🎯 Requirements
• Candidates MUST be California State Barred and reside in the state of California • Comfortable with fast-paced work environments • Doctors' deposition experience (preferred) • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
