📋 Description

• Design and build next-generation Building Management and Energy Management & Performance Systems for high-density AI data centers. • Work with leading platforms such as Niagara, Ignition, or comparable automation frameworks. • Deliver scalable, reliable controls and monitoring solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain BMS/EMPS applications on Niagara, Ignition, or equivalent platforms for HVAC, power, cooling, security, and facility systems. • Integrate BMS/EMPS with DCIM, CMMS, SCADA, digital twins, and real-time monitoring platforms. • Build custom modules, drivers, APIs, and extensions for seamless equipment integration (chillers, CRACs, PDUs, UPS, generators, etc.). • Develop energy optimization logic, fault detection & diagnostics (FDD), alerting, and performance visualization dashboards. • Collaborate with controls engineers, data center operations, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into robust solutions. • Ensure adherence to industry standards and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, SNMP, etc.) while maintaining security and compliance in mission-critical environments. • Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of systems in live data center operations. • Strong hands-on experience with BMS platforms such as Niagara (AX/N4), Ignition, or similar automation/SCADA frameworks. • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or platform-specific scripting). • Deep knowledge of building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC UA, etc.). • Experience with data center or critical infrastructure BMS/EMPS systems strongly preferred. • Familiarity with digital twins, IoT/edge computing, real-time data pipelines, and cloud integration is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-availability environments.
