📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement growth-focused product features improving acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and conversion metrics • Plan, build, and execute A/B tests and product experiments • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives • Analyze user behavior, product funnels, and business metrics • Instrument applications with analytics tracking and event monitoring • Optimize onboarding experiences and user flows • Develop referral programs, engagement features, upgrade flows, and monetization experiments • Improve website performance, technical SEO, and conversion paths • Build internal tools and automations for marketing, sales, customer success, and growth operations • Monitor and report on experiment outcomes, growth KPIs, and business impact • Continuously iterate on successful initiatives • Contribute to growth metrics, customer acquisition, revenue growth, solution quality and scalability, and customer experience optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Engineering, or Full-Stack Development • Strong experience developing modern web applications using front-end and back-end technologies • Experience working with analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, or data-driven product development • Strong understanding of product metrics, conversion funnels, user engagement, and growth strategies • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs • Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business goals into measurable technical initiatives • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Full-Stack Development with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, or similar • Backend Development with Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, or similar • REST APIs and microservices • SQL and relational databases • Product analytics and event tracking • A/B testing and experimentation platforms • Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools • Git and version control • Performance optimization • Technical SEO fundamentals • Candidates who accept an offer must complete an employment verification check and background check • Verification of job titles and employment dates with two previous employers
