📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to translate product requirements into clean, tested, maintainable code • Develop applications and services using Ruby on Rails, microservices, Azure PaaS, and other appropriate technologies • Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows • Build and test designs, systems, and applications for quality and performance compliance • Interpret functional and non-functional requirements and implement reliable software solutions • Test applications and services in varied environments • Maintain and modify existing applications independently • Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks • Monitor platform performance and optimize system behavior • Analyze operational feasibility and provide requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions • Determine, design, and implement system specifications, standards, and programming guidelines • Conduct systems analysis and recommend operational policy and procedure changes • Participate in team collaboration exercises • Guide and mentor team development toward successful project delivery • Keep current with development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment • Protect confidential information • Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues • Support and develop software engineers through advice, coaching, and educational opportunities • Participate in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring to grow engineering teams • Stay current with development practices and open-source technologies • Understand business needs and create tools to address them

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails • 5+ years of experience working with Ruby • 2+ years of experience working with AWS • 2+ years of experience working with Microservices • 2+ years of experience working with React • 1+ year of experience mentoring team members • Advanced English level required for working with US clients • Experience with scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services • Knowledge of Azure PaaS offerings • Ability to interpret functional and non-functional requirements • Ability to document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows • Ability to test applications in varied environments • Ability to analyze system performance and optimize behavior • Ability to participate in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring
