📋 Description

• Prepare accurate, timely estimates in accordance with company standards and procedures • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify quantities, assumptions, and exclusions • Develop estimates using approved tools, systems, and templates • Participate in bid strategy discussions and scope reviews • Identify scope gaps, assumptions, exclusions, and estimating risks • Support pursuit and proposal efforts through accurate, timely estimating input • Contribute to company revenue, margin, and backlog objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a related discipline • Demonstrated understanding of estimating processes and procedures • Experience working with estimating software and takeoff tools • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • 100% remote office environment with high-speed internet • Successful completion of an employment verification check and background check after accepting an offer • Employment verification confirming job titles and dates of employment with two previous employers
