📋 Description

• Analyze sales performance based on revenue, volume, margin, and customer metrics • Identify growth opportunities and derive concrete recommendations for action for Sales and Management • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and budgets • Evaluate sales strategies, pricing and discount models, and sales pipelines • Support the ongoing development of sales management processes, target-setting systems, and commission models • Consolidate data from CRM, ERP, and BI systems and ensure a high level of data quality • Continuously enhance reporting and forecasting models • Collaborate with Sales, Management, Controlling, IT, and Data Engineering • Support strategic projects, ad hoc analyses, and the development of new management and performance-monitoring frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Sales Controlling, Controlling, or a comparable analytical role, ideally with a focus on Sales • In-depth knowledge of analyzing and managing sales-relevant KPIs • Ability to translate complex relationships into concrete recommendations for action • Practical experience with CRM, ERP, and BI systems • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power BI is a plus • Proactive, independent, and structured approach to work • Strong numerical aptitude and an entrepreneurial mindset • Confident communication with diverse stakeholders and the ability to collaborate across departments • Good command of English
