📋 Description

• Coordinate customer orders from PO receipt through order processing, delivery, invoicing, and revenue • Review POs and commercial documentation for accuracy and completeness • Track open orders, deliveries, and expected revenue dates and follow up on outstanding actions • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to support timely order fulfilment • Support logistics activities, including shipment coordination and required documentation • Maintain accurate CRM, order, and commercial information • Prepare regular reports covering order intake, backlog, deliveries, and revenue • Support the sales team with day-to-day commercial administration and internal processes • Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team or manager • Support month-end and quarter-end commercial activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field • 0–2 years of relevant professional experience • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Good numerical and analytical skills • Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Office applications • Professional fluency in English • Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn • Occasional travel may be required • Previous internship or work experience in sales administration, finance, logistics, customer service, or commercial operations (desired) • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (desired) • Basic understanding of order processing, logistics, or invoicing (desired) • German or another European language would be an advantage
