📋 Description

• Build and own the European channel ecosystem by identifying and recruiting high-potential VARs, MSSPs, and service providers to resell or embed Guardian Mail and Guardian Intel. • Qualify and onboard strategic partners through discovery, technical fit assessment, and commercial negotiations that align with both partner success and Abusix margin goals. • Enable partner success by delivering training programs, sales tools, co-marketing materials, and ongoing education to help partners effectively position and sell our solutions. • Drive regional growth initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, including webinars, events, joint case studies, and partner campaigns. • Manage channel pipeline and forecasts within HubSpot, providing visibility into partner performance, opportunity stages, and revenue projections. • Co-sell with partners on strategic deals, ensuring early wins and building replicable success stories. • Foster long-term partner relationships through quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track performance, address challenges, and identify renewal opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to streamline partner onboarding, pricing, and go-to-market processes. • Represent Abusix at industry events and conferences to build regional brand presence and expand the partner network.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of channel sales experience managing reseller, MSSP, or VAR partnerships, ideally in cybersecurity, network security, or SaaS. • Deep understanding of channel sales models including partner recruitment, enablement, and performance management. • Working knowledge of cybersecurity and email infrastructure including network security and threat intelligence. • CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting. • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close reseller agreements and partnerships. • Fluency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication across global teams. • Autonomous and entrepreneurial: You thrive when given ownership of a region and the freedom to build the business from A to Z. • Hands-on builder: You're comfortable handling partner recruitment, onboarding, and pipeline management directly without waiting for a playbook. • Relationship-driven: You excel in consultative selling and building long-term partnerships while maintaining a "customer first" mindset. • Remote-ready collaborator: You work effectively across time zones with a lean, fast-moving team. • Your core values match ours: ownership, collaboration, innovation, respect, and authenticity.
