đŻ Requirements
⢠Several years of professional experience in delivering trainings and/or coachingâideally in a software environment ⢠Solid experience in customer-facing roles, onboarding, or Customer Success Management ⢠Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and understandably ⢠Communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable with direct interaction with customers ⢠German language skills at native-speaker level
