📋 Description

• Support the Migration PM in managing the M365 tenant-migration project plan • Coordinate cross-functional teams and assist with day-to-day project execution • Track and manage project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables • Assist with meeting-material creation, documentation, and stakeholder communications • Maintain project status updates, dashboards, and governance materials • Support stakeholder engagement through preparation of reports, notes, and action-item tracking • Ensure alignment of project activities with migration requirements and strategic goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Experience supporting project or program management activities • Ability to track and manage timelines, risks, and cross-team coordination • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • U.S. Citizenship required – dual citizenship accepted
