📋 Description

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python (FastAPI), and Java • Build, enhance, and maintain backend APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID • Automate identity and access management tasks, user lifecycle processes, and administrative workflows • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing applications and services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues • Drive continuous improvement by following security, quality, and operational best practices • Support cloud-based platforms for a leading customer in the financial services sector

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role • Strong Python programming skills and experience developing and maintaining production-grade automation scripts and tooling • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Linux environments • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Workflows, and GitOps practices • Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration concepts • Understanding of security best practices and platform quality • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to improve existing systems and drive DevOps best practices • Experience with monitoring and observability • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result • German language considered a plus • Nice to have: experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID • Nice to have: hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting • Nice to have: knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Nice to have: familiarity with or understanding of banking-related processes
