📋 Description
• Tailor client solutions: Conduct research, assessments, and recommend efficient and robust software solutions tailored to client needs. • Deliver high-quality code: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets requirements, with a focus on performance. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring efforts. • Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients. • Provide client consultancy: Offer technical consultancy services to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirements. • Nurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Web Applications using JavaScript and common libraries/frameworks (Angular), CSS and HTML best practices. • Knowledge of Client-Server communication, protocols and REST principles. • Version control proficiency (Git, Atlassian, etc..) or any similar tools. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including debugging, performance testing. • Effective communication skills for both team collaboration and client interaction. • Interest and proficiency in XP practices (pair programming, TDD, DDD, simple design, etc.). • Ability to adapt strategies and work methods to specific project contexts. • Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions for different components.
