📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python (FastAPI), and Java to support enterprise applications and operational processes. • Build, enhance, and maintain backend APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID. • Automate identity and access management tasks, user lifecycle processes, and administrative workflows. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing applications and services. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions by following security, quality, and operational best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and backend development using Java and Python (FastAPI). • Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID. • Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration concepts. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work. • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, validating outputs and taking ownership of the final result. • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus. • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift and Linux environments is desirable. • Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage. • Familiarity with banking-related processes is considered a plus. • German language is considered a plus.
