📋 Description

• Design human-centered solutions that meet user needs and business goals across devices • Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability standards in a banking context • Conduct user research and discovery activities to identify user and business requirements • Develop wireframes to bring ideas to life, validate solutions, and conduct validation sessions • Actively understand and align with client goals and business contexts • Work closely with Product Owners to assess product requirements and translate them into interactive prototypes • Collaborate with development teams to ensure an intuitive user experience • Propose new patterns and perform quality checks with layered design teams • Summarize insights and capture workshop results • Mentor and lead design initiatives within the German-speaking product community

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role • Expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping tools and design methodologies • Deep knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagements • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects • Experience working across various methodologies and levels of project complexity • Strong analytical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills • Advanced proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) • Regular use of AI tools
