📋 Description

• Assist with CRM configuration, workflow automation, and integrations under the guidance of our Software Developer • Support the build and maintenance of internal reporting dashboards and business metrics • Help maintain and document internal systems and processes • Respond to first-line internal IT/Zoho support queries, escalating complex issues appropriately • Progressively take ownership of defined development tasks as skills and confidence grow • Collaborate with Sales, Talent, HR, and Accounts teams to understand and translate their operational needs into workable system solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong logical/analytical problem-solving ability • Foundational understanding of relational databases and basic scripting or programming concepts • Familiarity with APIs/JSON is a plus, not essential • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and eagerness to learn • Fresh graduate (IT, Computer Science, or related field) through to 2 years’ relevant experience • Any exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (Zoho, Airtable, Power Automate, Google Apps Script) or general scripting is highly regarded, though not required • Coachable and receptive to feedback • Comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity and shifting priorities • Trustworthy with confidential business information • Self-motivated with a genuine appetite for professional development
