📋 Description

• Manage the end‑to‑end execution of the contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through approvals, execution, and post‑signature management • Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and amendments using established templates and playbooks • Negotiate commercial terms within defined approval frameworks, escalating non‑standard or higher‑risk items as needed • Identify legal, financial, and operational risks early and propose practical, business‑oriented solutions within scope • Ensure contracts align with internal policies, approval matrices, and risk guidelines • Maintain accurate contract records in CLM tools, ensuring version control, data integrity, and audit readiness • Track key obligations, milestones, renewals, and expirations to support proactive contract management • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support efficient, timely deal execution • Contribute insights and recommendations to improve templates, workflows, and contracting documentation during the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Have 3–5 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, or legal‑adjacent roles • Are comfortable operating as an independent contractor with a clearly defined scope and deliverables • Can manage contracts autonomously while exercising sound judgment on when to escalate complex issues • Bring strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills for customer‑facing commercial agreements • Have hands‑on experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools • Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and in conversation • Are highly organized, self‑directed, and able to ramp quickly in a fast‑moving environment • Enjoy collaborating with cross‑functional partners and explaining contractual concepts to non‑legal stakeholders
