📋 Description

• Own and maintain the Group’s central contract database, ensuring completeness, version control, and template governance • Lead legal reviews of customer and supplier contracts, NDAs, DPAs, and Codes of Conduct in partnership with Sales Ops and Delivery Management • Manage statutory filings and corporate structure updates across group entities • Expand and maintain the Group Risk Register in collaboration with InfoSec, reporting to SLT and Board • Oversee insurance policies across jurisdictions, ensuring coverage adequacy and broker transitions • Monitor and enforce compliance with international sanctions and embargoes (UN, EU, US, UK, KBC) • Manage trademark and patent applications and renewals to protect Acclaro’s brand assets • Develop ESG compliance frameworks and reporting methodologies with Finance and external advisors

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance role • Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience • Confident navigating complex legal landscapes across multiple jurisdictions • Thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy translating legal nuance into business clarity • Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently • Communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders at all levels, including SLT and external counsel.
