📋 Description

• Supporting our customers and assisting them in using our product • Handling incoming and outgoing customer communication (first-level support) • Advising and supporting customers in adapting and redesigning their processes • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback regarding product development • Identifying unmet customer needs and developing new solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or (currently) undergoing training in the accounting field • Experience in fiduciary/trust services is a plus • Strong sense of responsibility and quick learning ability • Demonstrated customer focus, evident in your empathy • Ability to communicate complex problems and issues simply and clearly • Fluent in German and good command of English.
