📋 Description

• Research and understand U.S. criminal records from court websites • Maintain standardized criminal charge and disposition mappings • Analyze court data and define extraction requirements • Audit data extraction logics and automation results • Identify automation errors and report them to the automation team • Work independently within defined standards • Recommend mapping and automation improvements • Escalate decisions requiring broader product, operational, or technical approval • Collaborate with Business Operations, Product Management, and Quality Assurance teams • Improve criminal record standardization and automation accuracy • Increase operational efficiency and support a better customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Experience in Criminal Background Screening, Criminal Record Processing, or related domain • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Effective time management and organizational abilities • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to identify patterns in data • Root cause analysis and problem-resolution techniques • Strong knowledge of criminal background screening processes • Expertise in criminal charge and disposition terminology • Ability to analyze court websites and define extraction logic • Continuous learning mindset with a focus on automation and process improvement • Right to work in Australia indefinitely without company sponsorship
