📋 Description

• Work with regional marketing and service teams to develop sales plans • Lead the region in alignment with corporate culture and strategy • Hire, train, develop, and coach teams across commercial functions • Accurately forecast order volume in Salesforce • Build a sales funnel to meet order volume targets • Drive account strategy and share growth across target health systems • Manage accountability for business issues and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• MBA preferred • Knowledge of the Accuray product portfolio is preferred • BA/BS required • Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience managing large regions • Experience in radiation oncology and/or healthcare industry • Proven ability to build a sustainable opportunity funnel • Strong executive-level selling and negotiation skills • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Financial analysis, organizational, and project management skills required • Positive, collaborative attitude
