• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including paid search (Google, Meta), LinkedIn, and other performance marketing platforms. • Partner closely with the SDR team to drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs and engage high-value accounts. • Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and execution. • Plan and execute in-person events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and field events, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum ROI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience. • Own pipeline goals, ensuring marketing-driven leads and sales qualified opportunities (SQLs) contribute meaningfully to revenue growth.
• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within a VC-backed startup environment at the Series B, C, or D stage, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth. • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience running growth experiments across demand channels, performing A/B testing, and presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior executives. • Expert in paid search, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels. • Deep understanding of ABM strategies, including account selection, personalized campaigns, and sales alignment. • Experience planning and executing in-person events with measurable impact on lead generation and pipeline acceleration. • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize performance. • A results-driven mindset, with a passion for experimentation and a bias for action.
