📋 Description

• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing Ads • Launch and scale remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns • Oversee lead generation platforms and vendor performance • Track and improve key metrics like CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality • Collaborate with creative and content teams for ongoing A/B testing • Maintain compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and internal data privacy policies • Deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendations and insights • Report to the Director, Online Marketing; drive enrollment funnel growth with high-quality leads

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in paid media, lead generation, or performance marketing • Proven experience managing $50k+ monthly ad budgets • Experience managing Google Ads (Search, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing Ads • Familiarity with third-party lead platforms, partner negotiations, and quality control • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Bing, GA4, and Looker Studio • Analytical mindset and comfort with data, dashboards, and conversion tracking • Experience with A/B testing and collaborating with creative/content teams • Maintain compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and internal data privacy policies • Bonus: Understanding of lead delivery systems, CRMs, and webhook/API integrations • Proven ability to optimize CPL, ROAS, conversion rates and lead quality
