📋 Description

• Independent project ownership from concept to go-live • Direct client interaction as an equal partner • Help shape our tech strategy and internal processes • Significant scope to shape the development of our new office

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science or equivalent qualification • 3+ years of experience in consulting, software development, or project management • Solid skills in a high-level programming language • Data management skills (Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering) • Agile methodologies are not buzzwords to you, but part of everyday work • Hands-on experience with generative AI (nice-to-have) • Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) (nice-to-have) • Open-source contributions or personal projects (nice-to-have) • You explain complex topics clearly • Self-organization is one of your strengths • German: fluent; English: business fluent
