📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction. • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver on agreed scope, timeline, and budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, etc.) to meet project goals. • Monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively address risks or issues. • Manage budgets, prepare status reports, and provide clients with clear project updates. • Translate client needs into actionable tasks and ensure internal alignment. • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role. • Strong background in managing client-facing projects from initiation to delivery. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-changing environments. • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Salesforce). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
